Some images on Bulbapedia are copyrighted, but can be used legally under fair-use doctrine. This does not mean all copyrighted images can be claimed for Fair use. For further reading on the subject, see fair use on Wikipedia.

These images are not licensed under any free license and Bulbapedia does not claim ownership of them. If you wish to reuse them, you must also use fair-use doctrine (Bulbapedia does not own the image's copyrights and can therefore not give permission to use them).
