Unused victory quotes

As seen in the data of the Generation I games, Blue would say certain additional lines of dialogue when winning against the player, but those quotes are not seen in normal gameplay (other than "Yeah! Am I great or what?", which appears if Blue wins against the player in Professor Oak's Laboratory or in the early optional battle in Route 22, as noted above).
