→Trivia: No idea how WOTC handled themselves, but preliminary reading of material covering Japanese Organized Play suggests they encouraged use of the e-Reader at sanctioned events. This could've come up at international events ..if unlimited formats were ever sanctioned. As is, without a reference, I'd suggest this statement should be excised.
