Bill's PC (Japanese: マサキのパソコン Masaki's Personal Computer) is a Pass Card card. It is part of the Extended Sheet 3.

Trivia

  • This is the integral card for the Communication Evolution campaign, launched in April 1999. As explained in the card text, in order to obtain the evolved versions of the stated Pokémon cards, people had to send one of them along with this card to MediaFactory in the mail.
  • All of the Pokémon the card asks players to send evolve via trade in the games, except Omanyte, which evolves at level 40.
