Ash's Tsutarja (Japanese: サトシのツタージャ Satoshi's Tsutarja) is the fourth Pokémon that Ash caught in the Isshu region.
History
Tsutarja appeared in BW0007 as it was hiding to some tall grasses. When Ash found it, he tried to capture her with Pikachu, Mijumaru and Pokabu but couldn't becuase of her Attract. As Ash after a long time following her he used a female Pokēmon, Mamepato to be unable to use attract this time. After a long battle, Ash finally captured Tsutarja. As also after the capture, Tsurarja promised that she will only use attract on times only Ash tells her.

Trivia
- Tsutarja's capture was first revealed in a short preview aired after DP190, featuring all the Isshu starters.
- The capture of Tsutarja marks the first time Ash has owned all three of the region's starters since his adventures in Johto.
- Tsutarja's capture was Ash's last capture of the three Isshu starters. In the previous four regions, each region's Grass-type starter was the first to be caught by Ash.
