Ash's Palpitoad (Japanese: サトシのガマガル Satoshi's Gamagaru) is the seventh Pokémon obtained by Ash in the Unova region.
History
Palpitoad was first seen in BW035, where it was the leader of a group of Tympole that lived in a lake. It was not happy about Ash and Oshawott invading its territory and sent the Tympole to attack them. When they could not defeat Oshawott, Palpitoad called for Stunfisk's help. However, when Cilan fished Stunfisk out of the water, Palpitoad was forced to face Oshawott by itself. After a battle in which Oshawott mastered Aqua Jet, Palpitoad was defeated and caught by Ash, whilst Cilan caught Stunfisk at the same time.
