Only one Aqua Admin, [[Shelly]], appeared in the anime. She made her debut along with Magma Admin Tabitha in ''[[AG027|A Three Team Scheme!]]'', where she was mistakenly referred to as "Tactical Commander Isabel"; this was corrected in subsequent episodes. She led a squad on a mission to [[Dewford Town|Dewford Island]] to find the [[Cave of Origin]]. It was revealed that she was carrying the {{DL|Colored orbs|Red Orb}} (mistakenly referred to as the "Rose Orb") with her at the time, though it was never shown on-screen.

Shelly appeared several other times throughout the {{series|Advanced Generation}} in command of {{tc|Team Aqua Grunt}}s: at [[Mt. Chimney]] in ''[[AG054|Fight for the Meteorite!]]'' and the [[Weather Institute]] in ''[[AG083|Unfair Weather Friends]]''. Her final appearance was in ''[[AG097|Gaining Groudon]]'' and ''[[AG098|The Scuffle of Legends]]'', where she freed Kyogre from Team Magma's ship and witnessed the battle between Kyogre and Groudon. Like the rest of Team Aqua, she is not seen again after these episodes.
