The guide for those can be found here.

Route 3

Route 3 is another short route that links Pewter City to Mt Moon. Make sure your team is ready for a fight, because you'll be ambushed as soon as you enter Mt Moon.

The Mt Moon caves have decreased in size over the years, ending up as a single tunnel connecting Route 3 and Route 4.
As soon as you set foot into the cave, your rival appears and challenges you to a battle.

After he leaves, walk to the east and take the stairs to Mt Moon Square.

Visit the small field to the west of the shop on a Monday night. A group of Clefairy can be seen here, dancing and worshiping the moon. If interrupted, the group will run off, leaving a boulder in the center of the field. Smash it to reveal a Moon Stone.

Enter the southern cave and jump the ledge to exit to Route 4.

Route 4

Another short, uneventful route. Pick up the Ultra Ball and HP Up, then fly back to Pewter City.
Head south through Route 2's tree maze, and enter Viridian City.
