Shelgon is going first. It mostly uses Protect as his first move. So don't use move which is less on PP because it will not done any damage and decrease amount of PP , you can also heal your Pokémon if you haven't done it before or can also use item or switch to another pokemon. In whole battle Shelgon will use Protect many time. Drake also switches his Shelgon. Shelgon can use Double - Edge and will not receive any recoil damage thanks to his ability Rock Head. Rock Tomb doesn't deal much damage. Dragon Claw has 80 power. Ice type move or Pokémon should not have any trouble against this. His second Pokémon - Altaria also uses Double-edge but receives recoil damage for it. Don't try any evasion moves against his Altaria because it uses never missing - Aerial Ace! You should make it faint early because this Altaria will raise his attack and speed by Dragon Dance. Now , comes real problem... Kingdra. Note that this pokemon doesn't have any weakness except Dragon type it self. Even it is dragon type it doesn't know any damage dealing move of dragon type which may be good news because if it knows any , than it would be super effective against its only weakness - dragon type. Smoke Screen will cause you a super ammount of PP loose and Damage. It also knows Dragon Dance. Surf and Body slam are also attacks that can cause problem. It is hard to inflict damage unless you have dragon type Pokémon in your party. You should deal with it as early as possible. Now comes one of his real dragon type master proof - Flygon. Flygon doesn't have any effect from ground type even it is ground type it self thanks to his ability. From now , Grass types are weak due to their Flamethrower. Earthquake is very powerful and DragonBreath is also damage dealing. Crunch is going to defeat Ghost type. So here you have to use ice types and it is better if they also have levitate ability or immunity to crunch or DragonBreath. You have to finish early because his best Pokémon named - Salamance , is waiting to cause trouble and make your way to champion hard. Salamace known moves are - Rock Slide , Flamethrower , Dragon Claw and Crunch. If you have ice types , than go .. don't waste time. Sleep Powder or hypnosis is thing which can help you in all battles if it strikes and works. It is hard if you don't use your Pokémons and items in right way. Sceptile users can use some of their items with free hand because small surprise is waiting for them in next room. Be sure that you don't waste any time or give them even a one chance. | |||
