The Non Holo print was one of seven test cards made by [[Wizards of the Coast]] for reviewing the changes to card layout. This print has "For Position Only" printed on the illustration in white, "Medium" printed below the e-Reader symbol, and a Wizards copyright instead of Nintendo. A long e-Reader strip is present on this print and has the Poké-Power's name in blue, like had previously been used for Pokémon Powers on Psychic-type cards.
