Abyssal Ruins: Difference between revisions

If the player defeats [[Hugh]] at [[Undella Bay]] after defeating the Champion and receiving the [[Dive]] HM from him, [[Zinzolin]] will walk up to the player after Hugh takes his leave. The player receives documents from Zinzolin which allows them to be able to read the symbols in the Ruins.  

While inspecting the symbol-inscribed blocks in the Ruins, an additional text box containing the direct translation of the symbols will appear after the symbols are shown. The player still has to read the translation backwards, or if they are on the upper levels, further decrypt the translation, before getting a clear message. The complete translations of the messages are exactly the same compared to those found in Black and White. However, the unknown symbols still cannot be translated by cipher, and instead appear as several black circles in the direct translations provided by the game.
