'''AKIRA EGAWA''' (Japanese: '''{{tt|江川|えがわ}}あきら''' ''Egawa Akira'') is a freelance illustrator who has worked on the Pokémon series. She began illustrating cards in 2019 for the [[Pokémon Trading Card Game]] with {{TCG ID|Unified Minds|Riolu|115}}, included in the {{tcg|Unified Minds}} expansion. She has also illustrated for [[Pokémon Masters EX]], providing artwork for the {{DL|Villain event|Dreams of the Void}} event.

In addition to being an illustrator for cards themselves, EGAWA also illustrated booster pack artwork for the international releases of the {{tcg|Battle Styles}}, {{tcg|Chilling Reign}}, {{tcg|Evolving Skies}}, and {{tcg|Fusion Strike}} expansions. She was among the panel of judges for the {{dl|Illustration contests|Pokémon Trading Card Game Illustration Contest 2022}}.

EGAWA's art style focuses on giving the subject detailed textures, with the goal of making them look "cool". She has previous experience with 3D modelling, but she currently primarily creates illustrations by painting in Photoshop.
