Bulbapedia editors and admins are accusing the Pokemon: wikia of violating their license by adding content without attribution (Bulbapedia uses a Creative Commons BY-NC-SA license,[1], and they're accusing Wikia of violating the Attribution and Non-commercial clauses). From what I gather, while they're not accusing the admins of violating the license personally, they accuse the admins of not helping when copyvios were removed.

One page of note is the Pokémon Platinum page (history), which, by the edit summaries, makes it seem as if an admin (User:Charitwo is actively reverting all attempts at removing the violations, for the benefit of the Wikicity. It also looks as if another admin (pokemon:User:Ciencia Al Poder) rewrote content in an attempt to get around the plagiarism claim (one of the most egregious being "Map Changes" -> "Changes in the Map").[2]

There also seems to be some sort of censorship going on in the Wikia, as I found a user with obvious connections to Bulbapedia with no contributions[3] and a block on the log[4].

This issue has been the motive behind vandalism of the wikia[5][6][7][8], which one Bulbapedia editor takes the credit for.[9] (Note: I don't know what edits have been deleted, due to either censorship or actual vandalism.)
