IceBeamShipping is the belief that Paul's Weavile and Dawn's Buneary are a couple. Though there isn't alot of evidence to support this, there are a few supporters, mainly IkariShippers. It is also shaping up to become a rival of LagomorphShipping.

• Like how LagomorphShipping backs up PearlShipping, some supporters of this couple use it to back up IkariShipping. Professor Oak once stated the feelings of a trainer are reflected by their pokémon. If the two pokémon ever fell in love, then Paul would probably act a bit more nicer to Dawn.
• According to the games, Weavile and Buneary are in the Ground egg group and therefore, they are able to Breed.
• This would probably be more likely to happen, since Ash's Pikachu has yet to return Buneary's feelings, suggesting he may just see her as just a friend and not a mate.
