I am currently trying to get my account confirmed so I can add an image to the article. Any other flaws in the article I would be pleased to address, however I am not aware of them, if you could point them out that would be very useful (I'm sorta new at this).

Notability
the only reason i could see this article as being notable is the fact that i believe Starmie was the first water type to use an electric type attack (ie. Thunderbolt). The other two are duds.Boywonder01 16:11, 17 June 2008 (UTC)

Due to an edit war going on in this article, all three articles for Rudy's Pokémon have been protected until either the 20th anniversary of Bulbapedia or until the notability line for Rudy's Pokémon can be established, whichever is sooner. It's best not to let someone try to skew the line toward one specific Pokémon by adding in a trivia piece that is constantly reverted. - I say only Rudy's Starmie is notable since it was the last Pokémon Ash fought with to get the badge. Also a special event happened during the battle with Starmie. Squirtle learned Hydro Pump. Also the Starmie also shows a sort of connection between him and Misty since she owned one too. The other two are not notable enough. --☆ケンジガール 04:27, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
Evasion tactics
This says that Rudy's Starmie was the only Pokémon that used dancing to dodge attacks. Didn't a Ludicolo belonging to Poncho do the same? Garrison12795 12:23, 30 August 2008 (UTC)
