Limber (Japanese: じゅうなん Flexible) is an ability introduced in Generation III that prevents paralysis. Only 4 Pokémon have this ability.

If a Pokémon is paralyzed and gains this ability throughout Transform, Role Play or Trace, the Paralyze will be removed. If these abilities are lost, the Paralysis will return.
