Parameters
- 1 : The PP. May have a range of no more than five.
- power : The power of the moves.
- damage : for moves that do a fixed amount of damage, use the damage parameter instead of the power parameter.
- acc : accuracy
- effects : for moves that do a fixed amount of damage, use the damage parameter instead of the power parameter.
- signature : for moves that do a fixed amount of damage, use the damage parameter instead of the power parameter.
- notes : any additonal notes such as side effects. Leave out if not required.
- other : the header for an extra column if required. Leave out if not required.
