Name Origin
Gumshoos seems to be a play on Gums (as in the mouth and likely a reference to its apparent older look) Mongoose, and a corruption of the term Gumshoe (a detective). Yamitora1 (talk) 13:31, 1 August 2016 (UTC)
- I agree with all of this except the gums part. Think less that it "looks older" and more that it "looks like a detective" by its facial expression and pose. I don't even give a Schif (Talk • Contribs) 15:02, 1 August 2016 (UTC)
