Population
What is the largest population recorded so far for any city? I ask because I did a tally and Mauville City has a Min population of 125 not including Winona or Pokémon and a Max of 133 also not including Winona or Pokémon. If Pokémon are included, the number is 138 min 147 max not counting Winona. The reason for the population discrepancy is due to multiple NPCs disappearing after certain events. (Giddy and the others, the powerless man, 2 guys from the food court) also Winona changes places with a wild Taillow, so the Pokémon population also fluctuates.
