Colosseum Leader Dusty (Japanese: Colosseum Leader Luin) is the eighth Colosseum Leader in Pokémon Battle Revolution. He is the head of Sunset Colosseum. Similar to other Leaders in Battle Revolution, his costume resembles a Pokémon. His costume of choice is of a Lucario. He has silvery-white hair, white skin and red eyes. His design is based on the "Cool Boy" Model.

His costume is obtained after beating him under the "Level 50 All" Rule.
