Teru-sama

Teru-sama is a glitch item that appears in Generation II. It is, apparently, useless, as it doesn't seem to do anything at all. It can be sold for File:Pokébuck sign.gif19660, and kept in either the key items case, or the items one.

A loose translation of its name is:

Bright/Light-An honorific ending for names that indicates extreme reverence.
