Mtn otter is a user of | Mtn otter is a user of pokémon Diamond and Emerald. He started in TwinLeaf Town and his starter was {{P|turtwig}} which evolved to {{P|grotle}} and later {{P|torterra}}. He has a partner pokémon which is rarely mentioned and even more rarely seen. Few know of it's identity although he has confirm that it is a female, green, psychic type that has evolved at least once. He currently has two goals, to obtain every Pokémon possible, and to obtain an {{P|Arceus}} and bring it to the maximum level. | ||
