 In the game, a man by the window will reveal the number of successful launches there have been; the number is determined by the number of weeks since the saved game was begun. Many rumours have been spread about this number and its relation to {{p|Jirachi}} and {{p|Deoxys}}. Many believed that if the man reached a certain number, the player will be able to ride a rocket into space and battle {{p|Jirachi}}. But, like the [[S.S. Anne#Rumors|truck rumours]] of Generation I, all rumors are false.
-I know for a fact it is true, and i am making a video of it for emerald. It will be done in two months at the most. Whst you have to do is go there on flight 99 and talk to the old man. He will ask you how you feel about going to space, and if you say you would like to you get on the rocket and travel to the moon. Then there will be three diferent "levels" and it will be on the last one, level 70. Like I said stay tuned for the video. (I just have to beat the elite four, then wait for the rocket numbers to go up.)
