Given the context of the post, I felt the best interpretation would be the one that is the most iconic, which is Jessie and James when they are blasting off, and Meowth at the end of the motto. I will say I didn't completely look too deeply beyond that, I just trusted what the motto page already had written and transcribed it from there.
