::::I see! Maybe what happened is that the large numbers required for mass outbreaks has the Pokémon spawn on the ground, rather than in trees, so they're able to spawn? Were these Slakoth perhaps on the ground? If that's the case, and they specifically only spawn in mass outbreaks, maybe just putting it back in the main table like you had it is better, with a notation that Slakoth will ''only'' spawn in mass outbreaks at the bottom.
