Jagged Pass (Japanese: デコボコさんどう Rugged Mountain Pass) is a location in Hoenn. It primarily serves as the only possible way to get to Lavaridge Town from 112, as several ledges prevent trainers from walking straight along the short route to get into the town, so trainers must take a Cable Car to the top of Mt. Chimney, then travel down this path, to arrive near the town. In Pokémon Emerald, walking in the Jagged Pass while holding the Magma Emblem will cause the entrance of the Magma Hideout, the home of Groudon, to open.
Jagged Pass (Japanese: デコボコさんどう Rugged Mountain Pass) is a location in Hoenn. Jagged pass joins Mt. Chimney to Route 112. It is apparently the only possible way to get to Lavaridge Town (without Fly or Teleport). Also, in Pokémon Emerald, walking in Jagged Pass while holding the Magma Emblem will cause the entrance of the Magma Hideout, the home of Groundon, to open.

Geography
The Jagged Pass is a steep mountainside leading down from the Volcano of Mt. Chimney. As its name suggests, Jagged Pass is a jagged mountainside, with steep, sharp ledges and rugged rocks. Some of these rocks can be jumped on while using the Acro Bike to get back up the mountain. Normally, without the Acro Bike, you can not get back up the mountain from Lavaridge Town due to the many ledges. More than half of the Jagged Pass is being snowed on by powered ash, given off by Mt. Chimney's volcano.
Magma Hideout
On Pokémon Emerald, the Team Magma Hideout can be located in the Jagged Pass. This event can be activated if a Magma Emblem is in the bag, while going down the mountain face. The doorway to the Magma Hideout will be revealed. This event is part of the plotline in Pokémon Emerald.
