I hope you don't mind that I've started a "project page" at [[User:Nescientist/Project Trace]] in order to centralize discussion for this, and I think I'd also like to make a small disclaimer. I'm trying my best to make this a success (and I'm not sure how much you're willing to get involved). There might be situations where I'll make up my mind on how to proceed, and act accordingly if I feel it's the correct thing to do; I'll try not to, but if you (especially as the one whom this was delegated to) ever feel like I'm overstepping my authority or something, please just butt in.
