Hattrem is a small, pink, vaguely humanoid Pokémon with large, light blue hat-like hair with somewhat large, white spots on it. It has a pink extension that blends into white from the top of its hair, resembling the end of a witch's hat. Its hair ends in two braids, held together by a small, pink ring, which it usually stands on. It had two, thin arms lacking any digits, with a white spot on its chest.
