::::::I think a good comparison would be with Ash's Haunter. Both Shaymin and Haunter have been in a small amount of episodes, both only travel with their trainers, and both helped their trainers win a big match. Haunter gets a page because it was the focus in both episodes it appeared in. However, I think not giving Shaymin a page is doing a disservice to it, as it shows up as a result of a pivotal moment in Mallow's development.
