From what I can tell, the only way to get several berries (including this one) natively in ORAS is to obtain them (randomly) from a Secret Pal who has the Special Skill "Gather Berries". Serebii has a list of which berries can be found, and while we obviously can't use Serebii as a source, I have personally obtained the Ganlon, Salac, Petaya, Apicot, and Maranga Berries in this way (I assume Serebii is correct about the Kee and Liechi Berries being obtained this way but of course we'll need someone to verify).
