I know these images are small, but [http://www.filb.de/content/anime/bw2/017/132.jpg here] we can see that the uniforms are green suits with white undershirts. [http://www.filb.de/content/anime/bw2/017/136.jpg Here,] it looks like she rolled up the jacket, with the undershirt scrunched under it (it can't be rolled up as well, or else we'd see white rolls). [http://www.filb.de/content/anime/bw2/017/137.jpg Here,] There's no rolls at all, so this shot is an error all on its own. Lastly, her sleeves become [http://www.filb.de/content/anime/bw2/017/138.jpg white], which I believe is the original intention. You, however, listed this shot as being the error. I think the ''green'' rolled-up sleeves and the unrolled ones are errors, and the white sleeves are correct.
