Hello, your trivia is being removed because you are purposely excluding a rival from in. Blue may have been Champion but he is also a rival. Therefore, he has the highest level Pokémon during the main storyline, of which he is the final trainer in. You can't just exclude parameters like that. By using that logic, I could also go "Barry is the only male rival, excluding Blue, Silver, Brandon, Wally, Lucas, Cheren, Hugh, Tervor, Tierno and Callem". It's a little bit more extreme but the same logic is behind it.
