::As I stated, they are referred to as "the strengths of the individual" elsewhere in the guidebook [https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/21584420/BP/Images/XY%20guidebook%20p372-3.jpg], which may as well be the same thing (it's in the same diagram that lists base stats and the strengths of the species as names). I'm going to have to agree with Stratelier. While "Individual strengths" does sound nice than "Individual values", everyone who understands the concept is used to the term and understands it well enough that changing it now will simply create an unnecessary headache.
