:::::GBA Temps is a website that I imagine distributes cheat codes. Wild modifiers work by simply changeing the pokemon that normally appear in an area to the one specified in the cheat code, as it temporarily alters the game's code. Say, if you put an identifier of 001 in there you would find bulbasaur for example.
