Hey I didnt say anything about the fact that they cant. The section I was pointed to said nothing but that. I was pointing it out. But if the dub says so then it is confirmed. I get saying it once or twice in an episode could be a mistake but if the official website states it, then it is confirmed. The Pokemon company here works close with the one in Japan, So I doubt that they would just make stuff up.
