'''Route 128''' (Japanese: '''１２８ばんすいどう''' ''Sea Route 128'') is a north-south [[water route]] located in southeast [[Hoenn]]. Like {{rt|127|Hoenn}} to the north, Route 128 has many locations where trainers can {{m|Dive}} to the ocean floor and travel along underwater passages. One such underwater passage near the center of Route 128 continues north into Route 127. The southern terminus of the route is at {{rt|129|Hoenn}}.

Route 128 also branches off along a channel to the east to serve [[Ever Grande City]], the location of the [[Hoenn League]]. In some ways, this portion of Route 128 can be compared to {{rt|23|Kanto}} in [[Generation]]s {{gen|II}} and {{gen|III}} and {{rt|26|Kanto}} in [[Generation II]].
