OK, as far as I know there is no /official/ translation. However, that said, I see no reason that we can't add them considering that its clearly a simple code once you know the cipher. Seriously, you can go to the ruins yourself and check the code like myself, it works. Even if nintendo hadn't officially revealed this to us I see no reason why we can't add this information, since a.) its just simple cryptography and b.) things nintendo hasn't "official" revealed to us before have been added to bulbapedia (e.g. event pokemon like Arceus, Shaymin, Meloetta & Genesect, the latter two still not being "officially" revealed). Thirdly, the game guide teases that there is meaning behind the symbols (quote, the abyssal ruins section: "Check these stones and you will see they are covered in mysterious letters...what could be written here?) Lastly, I feel it would be a great shame to see all this clearly correct information be disregarded on a technicality (if it exists).
