-I know a lot of people seem to disagree with calling her a Frontier Brain simply because she doesn't fight. But she still seems to be relevant to the Battle Castle for some reasons. One being that she is still part of Darach's sprite even though she doesn't take part in the battle.

The other is that she still appears with Darach on the print that is awarded to the player after beating Darach.
