What you're saying is that origins can ONLY be one thing, and that is as ignorant as saying Lugia is ONLY based on a dragon and nothing else, which we know is incorrect. ::::: First of all I do not beleive that Pokémon can only be based on one thing. second of all, there is nothing else that adds solidity to youre theory. If Baoppu had horns, or even the smallest of claws or fangs it would make more sense.
