Hello All, my name is Dan, but here on the World Wide Web I go by the name JediKnightDTV. I have been a fan of [[Pokémon]] ever since Generation {{Gen|I}}, when my brother and I first got {{v2|Red}} and {{v2|Blue}} way back when. I played through Red, and he played through Blue. I eventually stole it from him after he got tired of it, and re-started it and played through it again. Those were the only two versions where I ever completed the entire Pokédex. When {{v2|Yellow}} came out, I played through that too, and had a lot of fun doing it. Then came the days of Generation {{Gen|II}}, and I had lots of fun journeying through [[Johto]], in {{v2|Gold}}, {{v2|Silver}} and {{v2|Crystal}}. Then we moved on to Generation {{Gen|III}}, and I personally loved the vastness of [[Hoenn]], and the amazing variety of new Pokémon that could be found in {{v2|Ruby}}, {{v2|Sapphire}} and {{v2|Emerald}}. I also loved the nostalgia that came from playing through [[Kanto]] again in {{v2|FireRed}} and {{v2|LeafGreen}}. Finally, we came to Generation {{Gen|IV}}. The journey through [[Sinnoh]] was delightful, and {{v2|Diamond}}, {{v2|Pearl}}, and {{v2|Platinum}} were better than I could even have imagined. When {{v2|HeartGold}} and {{v2|SoulSilver}} came out, I was ecstatic, and the nostalgia of playing though [[Johto]] again is priceless. I have also been an avid watcher of the [[Anime]], ever since the original series, and I hardly ever miss an episode. Even though I am new to [[Bulbapedia]], and to editing Wikis in general, I am excited to contribute to this vast repository of knowledge regarding one of my two favorite hobbies, Pokémon. The other, as you can probably guess from my username, is {{wp|Star Wars}}. I absolutely love Star Wars, and have been a fan almost as long as I have been a fan of Pokémon. In fact, I have almost a whole bookcase dedicated to Star Wars novels, which I collect, in my room at home. When I was a kid, (oh heck, let's be honest here, I still do) I used to dream about growing up to be a {{wp|Jedi Knight}}, (well, either that or a [[Pokémon Trainer]]) and thus, the username was born. I look forward with great anticipation to Generation {{Gen|V}} and the release of {{v2|Black}} and {{v2|White}} here in the U.S., and I cannot wait to begin a new journey through the [[Isshu]] region. I have a lot of stuff going on in my life right now, among them school, work, etc., so my edits will be infrequent at best.
