:Well I managed to get Raikou in a heavy ball which, according to this page, would have meant Raikou had a catch rate of -17 because his weight is lower than 451.5 lbs (it's 392.4 lbs). So it either doesn't take any more off the catch rate when it's 3 or I got very very lucky. [[User:Jmvb|Jmvb]] 00:50, 10 April 2010 (UTC)
