+:Yes, I still have the timing I used for that animation. It has 13 frames - both the first and the last frame show Pikachu's "standard" sprite. Besides that standard sprite, there's a sprite of Pikachu on all fours and a completely yellow sprite. The timing is as follows:
+:1st frame (standard): 100ms
+:2nd frame (all fours): 270ms
+:3rd frame (standard): 330ms
+:4th frame (all fours): 70ms
+:5th frame (yellow): 30ms
+:6th frame (all fours): 270ms
+:7th frame (yellow): 100ms
+:8th frame (all fours): 170ms
+:9th frame (yellow): 70ms
