:::I think I’ve read that too... perhaps an interview with Satoshi Tajiri or Shigeru Miyamoto? I think maybe it wasn’t about finance so much as taking advice from a senior game designer about simplifying in order to get it done( like how ''Zelda''’s ''Triforce'' trilogy became the ''Oracle'' duo).
