:The discussion is not taking place here on Bulbapedia. I've talked it over with G50 who is a Senior Administrator and we've both come to the conclusion that it's wise to leave it unconfirmed for now. I'm sorry, but if we went by everything that isn't called out directly we would be making a lot of assumptions and Bulbapedia wouldn't be a very trustworthy place.
