:Nope.  If a Gyarados knows a move that's not in Magikarp's level-up movelist, the ensuing Magikarp will not know that move.  The only moves you can get onto a hatched Magikarp by breeding are Tackle and Flail, and that's if both parents know the moves in question; Splash is its basic move, whereas it can't even learn Dragon Rage and Rage.  --[[User:Shiningpikablu252|Shiningpikablu252]] 15:20, 13 April 2009 (UTC)
