Hello, Terryberry94. Just so you know, I haven't watched the anime much, so I can't answer as well as someone who has seen many episodes of it. Anyways, I find it debatable that Sceptile is the most powerful Pokémon in the Hoenn region, which is why we don't put such things in our articles unless it is heavily supported by the characters in the show or by the general consensus (though I am a bit more doubtful on the latter case). Also, while it is certainly notable that Sceptile has defeated a legendary before, I don't think that alone is enough to say that it is Ash's strongest Pokémon, especially since Pikachu and Charizard have also defeated at least one legendary before. | |||
