Whoa. There is no way its a glitch. Its Pokedex entry states that he was progammed to go to alien dimension, but then it did not work as planned. So maybe it was like Porygon3, but due to something going wrong it went from 3 to Z. Heck, they sound similar. Also, there's one last question that needs answering. What made it so koo-koo (no pun intended)? It probably went did work as planned, but then when he got to the other dimension he got a virus in his programming which made him more stronger. Possibly a Deoxys virus. So question things AFTER you look at the facts.
