The part that says that it can't be made invincible by hacking Wonder Guard onto it is wrong: Give it an Air Balloon along with Wonder Guard and it will be immune to all direct attacks, and to those who say that the balloon will pop: only direct attacks that hit that are not ground type pop Air Balloons. ::Air Balloon isn't really considered when discussing a Pokémon's weaknesses, otherwise Skuntank would be considered a no-weakness Pokémon. And it's not. You're reading just a bit too much into this.
