I think "Elesa is the only Electric specialist who doesn't have a Raichu at any point." should have "in the games" added to it because Wattson doesn't have a Raichu in the anime and neither does Elesa, and I think that saying she is the only one never to have a Raichu (ever) is kind of misleading. | |||
