You need five crush to obtain Regirock and 4 Tackle to obtain Torterra. Behind the log, A torterra by a tree will be their. Tackle the tree to find a Weedle. After the forest fire, Combee will apear. In most of the trees, there will be Beedrills. Also after the forest fire, Happinys will apear their permanantly. In a cave their, you will find a pokemon, Ranging from a Glameow to a Salamence.
